Innovation at its best

Standing still is not an option for us. We take solutions that have already been developed and improve them with our ideas. This is also the case with the signal marker ball.

Our new assembly concept takes up the basic function of the signal marker ball, minimises working time and maximises safety. Thanks to its two different sizes, the signal marker ball can be used in a wide range of applications and covers every need. Depending on the application, the SIG 300 or SIG 600 can be used at a wide range of heights to mark power lines, masts for flying objects and more.

The pre-assembled half-shells allow the sphere to be installed immediately after delivery. It is simply suspended from the top of the cable, turned and locked in place. The spring-loaded quick-release fastener can be flipped up with a simple flick of the wrist and the signal marker ball is already secured against falling. Finally, the screw cap is tightened to achieve full tension. The quick and secure assembly minimises costs.

The signal marker ball is currently available in five standard versions for different rope diameters. Individual prototypes and samples are also available on request. The through-dyed material prevents the ball's surface from weathering or colour peeling.

The beacon is made from recycled material and therefore meets the sustainability factor that is particularly important to us. With the lowest possible impact on the environment, short one-man installation times and a high level of safety, our signal marker ball stands out from the crowd and offers the best solution for marking cables and other items.
